How do I change the pricing page on my website?

Short answer

Log in to wherever your site is managed (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or your custom admin panel), open the pricing page in its editor, change the figures and publish. Then check every other place the price appears, such as checkout, product data, PDFs and ads, keep the page URL the same, and test the page on a phone.

WordPress (block editor or Elementor)

  1. 1Log in to your WordPress dashboard and go to Pages, then find your pricing page.
  2. 2Click Edit to open it in the block editor, or choose Edit with Elementor if the page was built with Elementor.
  3. 3Click into the price text or pricing table and type the new values.
  4. 4If prices come from WooCommerce products, change them under Products instead, because the page may be pulling them from there.
  5. 5Click Update (or Publish in Elementor), then open the live page in a private window to confirm.

Shopify, Wix and Squarespace

  • Shopify: product prices are edited on each product in the Products section; a separate pricing page lives under Online Store, then Pages, or in the theme editor if the prices sit in a theme section.
  • Wix: open the site in the Wix editor, click the pricing element or table, edit the text, then Publish; Wix pricing plans are edited from the dashboard rather than the page.
  • Squarespace: open the page, click Edit, change the text or product block, then Save; product prices are changed on the product itself.

Custom-built websites

If your developer gave you an admin panel or a headless CMS, the prices are usually a field you can edit there and publish. If the prices are written directly into the code, a developer has to change them and redeploy the site; ask them to move prices into an editable field so next time you can do it yourself.

Checks before and after you publish

  • Update the price everywhere it appears: checkout or payment links, invoices, brochures and PDFs, Google Ads and social ads, and any comparison tables on other pages.
  • If your site uses product structured data (schema), make sure the price in it matches, or Google may show the old price in results.
  • Keep the same page URL so existing links and Google rankings are not lost.
  • Look at the page on a phone, since wide pricing tables often break or need sideways scrolling on small screens.
  • Mention taxes clearly, for example whether prices include GST.

When to get help

If prices are hard-coded, pulled from several systems, or tied to a checkout that has to stay in sync, a developer change is safer than editing by hand. DCPL Technology's web team in Surat can make prices editable from an admin panel, connect them to checkout and structured data, and test the page across devices before it goes live.
