What is Odontra?
Odontra is dental clinic management software that brings patient records, chair scheduling, tooth-wise treatment plans, prescriptions, UPI billing, WhatsApp messages, voice charting and an AI front desk into one private system for each clinic.
How much does Odontra cost?
Basic is ₹1,499 a month, Pro ₹3,499 and Premium ₹6,999, per clinic and excluding 18% GST. Yearly billing costs ten months' price. The Chain plan for four or more branches is priced by arrangement, and extra branches on Premium are ₹1,500 a month each.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new clinic gets 14 days of the full Premium plan. If you do not choose a plan at the end, the clinic moves to free Basic features — nothing is deleted.
Does it work in Hindi and Gujarati?
Yes. The patient app and automatic messages are available in English, Hindi and Gujarati, and voice charting understands English, Hindi, Gujarati and mixed speech.
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No. The AI drafts findings, answers common questions and takes booking requests. It never suggests treatment, quotes prices or gives medical advice, and every finding is approved by the doctor before it reaches the chart.
Is our clinic data shared with anyone?
No. Each clinic has its own database with no shared patient pool, daily restore points and an activity trail. The clinic owns its data and can export all patients, bills and appointments in open formats at any time.
What do we need to run it?
Only a web browser and an internet connection. The staff app adapts to phones and tablets, and the patient app installs from the browser.
