What we built
MyEstatePoint is an enterprise real estate and bank auction (NPA) property management platform. We built a high-performance mobile app backend and admin panel that centralizes bank-auctioned distressed assets, micro-location property data, and provides brokers with a full-suite CRM to capture and convert property leads.
01The challenge
Real estate buyers and investors struggled to discover verified bank-auctioned (NPA) properties and micro-location land records, while real estate brokers lacked a dedicated tool to manage client leads and property inquiries in one place.
02Our solution
We developed a scalable Node.js & PostgreSQL backend and admin control panel powering the MyEstatePoint mobile app. The solution integrates bank auction (NPA) asset tracking, hyper-local geographical filtering down to the village level, and a built-in agent CRM to streamline property lead management and buyer conversions.
